Salvation is been rescued.We are going to look at salvation from a different perspective.
God saved Abraham from the land of the pagan god. God told him to go out of haran, to a place where he will show him.Abramham became rescued from idolatry.
God saved Jacob from the hands of Esau.The night Jacob was to return to his father's land, he prayed.That was when he had an encounter with God and became saved.He was rescued from the hands of his brother.The prayer softened the heart of his brother and he could not do anything to him.
The children of Israel where rescued from the hands Pharaoh and the Eygptians.It was only God who saved them after ten plagues,pharaoh and the Eygptian army pursued them but God still rescued the children of Israel.
God rescued the Isrealite from the hands of the people of Jericho.They had walls that where giagantic.The children of Israel did what God told them to do and God saved them from the people of Jericho.
God resued David from there hands of Saul.David won a battle against Goliath.The women praised David and Saul became angry.From that day Saul sort all opportunity to kill David.He used all means to want to kill David both God saved David from the hands of Saul.
Elijah was saved from the hands of Jezebel.She wanted to kill him because of his stand in God.Elijah proved that "the Lord he is God,the Lord he is God".God rescued Elijah from the hands of Jezebel.
The three Hebrew children were rescued from the hands of the king after refusing to bow to any other god.It was only God and God alone that saved the three Hebrew children from the hands of the king.
Job was rescued from the hands of Satan at the later end of his life.Satan afflicted Job but God saved Job from the hands of Satan.
Daniel was rescued from the hands of his colleagues.The king ask them to throw him into the Lions den after his colleagues conspired against him.God shut the mouth of the Lions and God saved Daniel from the Lions den.
Jonah was saved from the belle of the whale when he asked God to save him after he promised God that he will go to where God wanted him to go.After three days God resued him from the belle of the whale.
Peter was saved from the hands of the king when he was thrown into the prison.An angel set him free.Only God can do that.God resued Peter from the hands of the king.
Paul and Silas where resued from the prison,when they sang and prayed.It was God that came into their situation and saved them.
Paul was saved from shipwreck.God told him that all the people in the ship will be rescued together with him Paul.And it was so.
John the beloved was resued from the hands of the persecutors.He did not die when they try to kill him.
But there is one resue which is resue from sin.It is only through Jesus.He died on the cross of calvary to save you from sin.You can be saved by acknowledging your sins, confess your sins,ask Jesus to come into your life and promise God never to go into sin anymore.You are now saved and resued from sin.
We are saved,we are been saved and we shall be saved.We shall be saved is the final salvation.
